Return and Refund Policy
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at management@mambas.eu with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: All items sold by MAMBAS d.o.o are eligible for return under the specified conditions.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please use this label to return the item to us.
- Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
